SERREP is headed up by Gilbert Kanawaty, who has extensive sales and marketing experience in the hotel and travel industries. Gilbert was previously Marketing and Sales Director for the UK and Middle East with Concorde Hotels. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
His associate, Nigel Jibson, has worked in the travel, conference and incentive industry with leading agencies and has travelled extensively as a Tour Director. Nigel started his career with Sheraton Hotels in International Reservations and progressed to the International Sales Office with responsibility for both agency and corporate group travel.
